Legend students get back to school

Legend High School opened its doors for the 2018-19 school year Aug. 9.

Freshmen first milled around their new school before congregating in the common area to begin freshman orientation. Meanwhile, the Link Crew, a group of non-freshman volunteers to help freshmen through orientation, warmed up in the gymnasium. The Link Crew wore blue T-shirts designed like the "Incredibles" logo and helped ease the tension for freshmen on their first day of high school.

The first day was for freshmen and new students. The sophomore, junior and senior classes started their first day Aug. 10.
