Parker Police seeking public's help in catching bank-robbery suspect

The Parker Police Department and Crime Stoppers are offering a $2,000 reward to find the suspect in an Aug. 21 bank robbery.

The Wells Fargo Bank at 17805 Cottonwood Drive was robbed at about 1:50 p.m. Aug. 21, according to the Crime Stoppers report. The report states the suspect is a white male between 5 feet 5 and 5 feet 8 inches tall with a medium build, dark brown hair and a brown beard. At the time of the robbery the suspect was wearing a blue beanie, white sunglasses, a gray hooded zip-up jacket, gray undershirt, blue jeans and dark colored shoes.

The report states the suspect had a white cell phone in his right hand up to his face during the robbery. A weapon was threatened, though no official accounts of a weapon were reported.
