Temporary/Seasonal 4-H Youth Development Office Assistant
This is a part time position through Colorado State University. This position comes with limited benefits and is potentially an annual assignment (approximately February through September) with a flexible 2021 start date. The ability to work at least 15-20 hours per week is preferred, and the number of hours per week will fluctuate. Primary duties include: manage program databases and reports for 4-H events including those at the Douglas County Fair and Rodeo; assist in organizing 4-H programs for youth and adult volunteer leaders; and assist in the development of promotional materials and program documents. Qualifications include: high school diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred); experience with youth development programs and volunteer management; experience using MS Office Suite, Google docs, Wordpress, and social media; organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple job tasks.
