Boys wrestling: Holy Family sends four to state meet

Holy Family qualified four wrestlers to this year's state 3A wrestling tournament at Ball Arena in Denver.
Brayden Bach (106 pounds) took second place. as did Alexander Austin (170 pound) and Abram Moore at 220 pounds. Cash Hauptman took third at 182 pounds, as did Cam Austin at 195 pounds.
Lorenzo Avila finished fifth at 113 pounds. Nick McCarthy was fifth at 145 pounds, and Jonathan Aiello took sixth at 138 pounds.
Dustin Pedro (152 pounds) and Alexander Brandenberg (160 pounds) finished sixth.
HFHS was fourth in the team standings.
The state 3A meet begins at noon Thursday, Feb. 17. The finals are at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 19.
