Landowners in Compark in negotiations to bring Redbarre, the large-scale national media company, to Parker officially withdrew Compark from consideration.
“We respect Compark’s decision to remove their site as one of our preferred locations for location,” said Don Levy, CEO of Redbarre. “Putting a fund package together for a billion-dollar project takes time and patience. We wish Compark and the town of Parker nothing but the best, they have been world-class in their approach and accessibility throughout this process.”
The groundbreaking on Redbarre’s Colorado campus was originally scheduled to begin between July and September. According to a press release from Dovetail Solutions, Redbarre’s PR representative, sent July 30, the project will break ground later this year.
