Adult Crafts
During the summer months, we are pleased to offer take-and-make Adult Craft kits. July’s craft is a Happy Camper cocktail/mocktail mix kit. Create a delicious drink with dehydrated fruit, herbs, and edible flowers! Kits will be available for pickup at your Clear Creek County Library after July 19, while supplies last. Thank you to the Spice & Tea Exchange of Idaho Springs for providing discounts on the ingredients!

Mountain jams summer concert series
This program is a partnership between Georgetown Cultural Arts Program, the Friends of the Georgetown Library and Clear Creek County Library District.
Enjoy live music on Saturday afternoons this summer! Just head over to Library Park Stage, located in downtown Georgetown on the southwest corner of Sixth Street and Rose Street (next to the John Tomay Memorial Library).
Fourth of July parade
9:30 a.m. July 4
Meet us at the Parade Lineup near Werlin Park
Join the CCCLD Pirate Crew and help us throw sweet treasure to the parade-goers! Come as a pirate, mermaid, sea creature, or yourself – just make sure to wear comfy shoes and sunblock. We’ll have supplies for you to decorate your bikes and strollers! Parents with children under eight years of age: please plan to accompany your children during the parade. Parents with children eight years and older: please plan to meet your children at the John Tomay Memorial Library promptly after the parade.

Foot care clinic

Treat your feet with a foot care package! Healthcare professionals will soak and moisturize your feet and trim your toenails.
