Bucking the trends of dwindling business and downsizing, IMS
Printing & Signs, a local, familyowned business specializing in
retail graphics and dimensional signage, has moved into a new,
5,400-square-foot facility in Lone Tree.
The IMS team will celebrate the expansion with open house events
Feb. 29 and March 1 that also will offer guests the opportunity to
contribute to a great cause: Christmas Crusade for Children,
through which Denver-area police officers deliver holiday gifts to
The open house events will begin at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 29, and
continue the next day, Thursday, March 1, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at
8206 Park Meadows Dr. in Lone Tree, where IMS Printing & Signs
has relocated its full range of products and services. Members of
the Lone Tree and Highlands Ranch Chambers of Commerce, who helped
ease the recent transition for IMS Printing & Signs, will take
part in ribbon-cutting ceremonies both nights. Area businesses
Chick-fil-A and Lone Tree Brewing Co. will most generously provide
their services at both open house events.
IMS Printing & Signs also will be accepting donations on behalf
of Christmas Crusade for Children. Created by police officers in
1983 to fulfill the holiday wish lists of underprivileged children
in the Denver area, the organization emptied its inventory this
past holiday season and is in great need of both toy and monetary
donations for the 2012 holiday season.
With double the space of its previous location, the IMS team looks
forward to continuing to offer its current clients and the
surrounding community the same personal touch, unparalleled
customer service and excellent quality that have been the company's
hallmarks since owner and President J.J. Heim founded the business
in 2003 with the help of his father, John, who remains a key part
of the company's day-to-day operations.
"We have been truly blessed with this opportunity and are looking
forward to working with businesses and individuals in the
South Metro area," J.J. Heim said.
IMS Printing & Signs' prompt service and quality products have
helped forge longstanding professional relationships with Park
Meadows Retail Resort, Chick-fil-A and Breckenridge Grand
Vacations, among many others. Its charitable efforts have included
work with Praying Hands Ranch and Christmas Crusade for
"Even when we get busy, we try not to lose sight of our charitable
efforts," Heim said. "We do our best to support organizations like
Praying Hands Ranch and Christmas Crusade for Children. We have
chosen to collect new toys for the Crusade this year and hope it
allows the organization to continue its mission of helping children
IMS welcomes any members of the media who are interested in its
