Mines reloads with heavy metro area recruiting

Colorado School of Mines football signed 31 student-athletes to National Letters of Intent on Feb. 5, welcoming the next generation of players to Marv Kay Stadium.

The two-time defending RMAC champions (12-1 in 2019) had a class highlighted by big offensive line, receiver and linebacker groups, bringing in six at each position. Mines continued to draw heavily on Colorado with 11 signees, respectively, and nine of those are from the Denver metro area.

Mikee Barker, DB, from Parker, attending Ponderosa.

Seamus Henderson, RB, from Englewood, attending Cherry Creek.

James Hess, DL, from Littleton, attending Dakota Ridge.

Isaiah Kroll, QB, from Brighton, attending Faith Christian.

Mitchell Morehead, OL, from Arvada, attending Ralston Valley.

Cameron Pollard, WR, from Englewood, attending Cherry Creek.

Aaron Rhea, LB, from Thornton, attending Horizon.

Ben Takata, DB, from Arvada, attending Ralston Valley.
