Construction of a new assisted living and memory care community is currently underway located at 18900 E. Mainstreet in downtown Parker, CO.

The community broke ground on December 1, 2011 and is scheduled to take its first residents in early September, 2012. The marketing office is scheduled to be open for information on February 1, 2012. The building is being developed by Faestel Properties and the general contractor is JHL Construction. The architect is Lance-Boggio Architects of Englewood, CO and interior design by Thoma-Holec Interiors of Phoenix, Arizona. The home will be managed by MorningStar Senior Living of Denver.

The home will feature a fire side library, grand-parlor, a formal living room, private dining room, ice-cream\bistro area, a recreation room, beauty salon, theater, chapel, outdoor BBQ area and four season porches. When complete, the community will consist of 64 suites of studio, one and two bedroom designs in a home-like, residential environment.

Parker Senior Living by MorningStar will offer residents assistance with daily living tasks from nursing assistance to medication monitoring. Services also include three executive chef prepared meals per day, laundry, housekeeping, scheduled transportation, recreation activities and wellness programs. Nineteen suites of the new home will be devoted to MorningStar's Alzheimer's Program that offers individualized care to residents with memory loss and other related memory disorders.
