During Parker Days 2015, a signature event of the Parker Chamber of Commerce, the Food Network taped the show “Carnival Cravings with Anthony Anderson.”  Anderson is the Emmy-nominated star of “Black’ish” and also starred in “All About the Andersons” and the “Bernie Mac Show,” as well as having many supporting roles in film.

While filming, Anderson devoured 24-inch crepes, Sriracha bacon wrapped onion rings, rabbit tamales, deep fried root beer floats and three-foot ribs. He wrestled in a sumo suit, competed with the Strongmen and played carnival games. To see Anderson’s adventures in Parker, attend an official viewing party at 8 p.m. Aug. 26 at Parker Garage.
