attractive brand new home designs at Regency in Parker this month.
Standard Pacific's stylish new homes at Regency include a choice of
five exciting designs base priced from the $270's to the low
$300's, with two ranch and three two-story plans ranging in size
from 1,667 to a very spacious 3,488 finished square feet with up to
six bedrooms and finished basement options. Two brand new models
are open today for tours while two inventory homes are available to
move in before year end and five more can close by the first
quarter of 2012. Select homes are distinguished by large walk in
closets, an optional master bedroom retreat, flex space on the main
floor, oversized great rooms, and spacious kitchens with breakfast
bars, large islands for entertaining and adjoining nooks. Base
prices include three to four car garages, full front yard
landscaping with automatic sprinkler system and a privacy wing
